Amanda Lino Xavier
Amanda Lino is the Office Manager at Advocacia Olavo Chinaglia.
She leads and directs strategies in talent management, human resource management, employee performance, diversity and inclusion. She is also responsible for managing all of the firm’s financial operations, revenue and profitability enhancement and assists the partners with the business development.
Amanda started her career as a labor lawyer in 2007 and smoothly transactioned to back office roles trhough the past decade. Before joining the firm she occupied key positions in financial, human resources and marketing departments.
She holds a bachellor degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU (2007) and tax managemet from FGV – Getúlio Vargas FGV/SP (2021).
